I'm not at my DAW, but I believe ST's file extensions changed with either version 3 or 4, which is why the databases have to be imported for the older versions, and the presets can't be loaded directly. Off the top of my head, I don't remember what the extensions should be; IKMM's stuff usually "just works" for me (since ST4, anyway).
Just open the standalone SampleTank 4 and/or Miroslav Philharmonik 2, go into the Settings page, and to the "Disk Path" tab (in Miroslav) or "Sound Content" tab (in SampleTank) and make sure they're pointing to your newest libraries. You can even delete and re-add the paths, to force the apps to re-scan them.
That should set them both straight.
