There are also "Activate" and "Deactivate" but I'm not sure if they are meant for this because I can only get "Deactivate" to work.
You can not midi map or keyboard map the activation of individual plugins/devices.
Only the bypassing on/off can be mapped for each plugin/device.
I agree that this is a real shame, and i would welcome it, if Bitwig will include that feature.
With individual device activation mappings, we could assign all latency inducing plugins to one button, which would be a really powerful "low latency mode" which is customizable. Same usefulness applies to better RAM management etc.
The Alt+A shortcut is in no way enough/suitable for handling a big liveset.
So please ask Bitwig via Email for individual device activation mapping possibility, if you haven’t yet. Thank you
