I know how you feel. I mute the volume during ads! Makes such a difference to the mood of a show.

80% of adverts here in the UK seem to consist of people shouting inanities (much like current politicians). The rest of them merely make dubious claims or contain saccharine AI-voiced insincerity.

Lovely music for such a tense subject. In fact I will think of this and zen out when needed.
