Yes I've tried both. I don't see any difference in SM3's performance with either one or the other but it may take more prolonged testing.I never know how to set these properly...
Have you set any of these additional settings too??

Most of the issues I'm reporting also occur in Waveform Pro so that would tend to indicate the issue is with SM3 itself rather with FL Studio.
This is a new one I ran across today....
When setting the Arp to "Arpeggiate Mode" sometimes notes will not trigger correctly. But it's not consistent. A pattern can play several times over without a glitch and then all of a sudden the notes start glitching.
It's pretty much the same thing that happens with the Arp in Chord mode so it feels like there is an issue with triggering in the Arp. I tested with an older version of SM3 (3.0.4) and this issue did not occur so something must have changed between then and 3.1.0. Tested on two different systems (Win 10 and Win 11)
In this image you can see the simple pattern and the dropped notes in the rendered audio (it's an Arp patch set to 1/8 so there should be 4 notes triggered per note in the piano roll). Again it's inconsistent. That pattern could play several times without a glitch, or glitch at the start of several notes in a row.
As an update, installing 3.1.0 caused my patches to be set in alphabetical order again including newly added patches so that's a good thing. Not sure why things got out of order in the first place.
