The reFX EULA reads as follows: "You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us and Our partners, lawyers, staff, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable legal fees, related to Your violation of this Agreement or use of the Licenced Materials."
Does this mean that if there is a copyright infringement on the part of reFX Audio Software Inc. as for the Licenced Materials, then the user (licensee) will be responsible for this (not reFX Audio Software Inc.) if they use the Licenced Materials related to the copyright infringement?
