Yes, you get all the information (customer, email, product...) in the order.canceled hook.@DKSoft
When you get the order.canceled hook do you get any customer data such as name, email address etc?
One of the support calls was related to a rejected order - FastSpring after that whitelisted the customer's email and the customer reordered with success.
The problem is that some customers will not respond to your emails and they are lost because of such order rejection.
Rejecting happens all the time with all MoR and some MoR will not even give you any notice or possibility of a hook to know this - e.g. in Stripe (and probably also with other low-level payment providers - not MoR) you always see if the order fails and you also have the possibility to tweak fraud check rules.
Generally, MoR rejects more than payment providers. So we are losing a lot of money this way and we don't even know how many orders get rejected.
