• Preference panel: There always is max 1 preference group open.
  So if you open a preference group, any other open groups are auto closed, so to keep the list compact.
• Preference panel: Prefs are alphabetically sorted again.
• Sampler display: When there is an audio selection inside the play range, [Alt]+click will now only monitor that selection.
• On Windows machines with a bit slower graphics card and/or when doing very fast (automated) double-clicks, such double-clicks may be missed. Fixed.
• Other small improvements & fixes.
