I already have Xils Lab and cherry Audio. I think Arturia and Xils Lab sound better.
Cherry Audio GUI and workflow are the worst and you can't distinguish in wich Layer you are .
Arturia has the best workflow and also nice operators and modulators like pigments, but make it a bit confusing which modulation is used. In their last emulations you can combine the classic synth modulators with their advanced mods. The new arp is really nice and is missing on xils lab, so you can't program arturia presets into Xils Lab. On Xils Lab it's also very hard to distinguish wich layer is used, are they splitted, etc.... There is Arturia way more better.
I think if I buy it now - the update to Collections V 11 will be 150€ - on the other side i think $69 is too much, $49 was a cheap offer i can't resist. Now I am thinking nice Synth, but I already have so many nice synths. Do i need it now, or shall i wait a long time until V collection 11 will be on sale for $99. The last years i was an early adopter of V collection, because it was much cheaper if you have spliited the $199 update offer in 3 payments like 2 synths for $49 and the update for $99 or one synth for $49 and update for $149.
I think they try out how many would buy for 69 and if I buy now, all futur synth will increase from 49 to 69 - so I hope to resist to get the $49 offer back
