Getting in touch with them is hit and miss. I've had to wait for a license transfer also 2-3 weeks and for them to get back to me on a support issue also for a while. But I also had very quicky and direct exchange with them, they were very helpful and supportive.
Probably they don't have a dedicated support team and how much they time have for this depends on their overall workload?
