My experience is the opposite to yours - I started looking for a new DAW because I got sick of losing work when Cubase crashed. Whilst Studio One isn't perfect, in four years I have never lost any work. It does crash more than Cubase did but only ever when closing a song, which I can live with.
It is NOT true, there are scroll bars. I didn't even know you could use the scroll wheel until I tried it out just now (and it's SHIFT+SCROLL WHEEL). It shouldn't need SHIFT, as the scroll wheel by itself doesn't do anything in the Arrangement window (which is why I never thought to try any modifiers).It's not bad, but is it really true that I can't scroll horizontally without a mouse wheel?![:o]( "Surprised")
