Personally I thought it was a solid year both for new instruments and effects.

Just to point out a few recent developments:

Minimal Audio Current
Synplant 2 + Genopatch
Arturia Minifreak V
All the recent Korg Native instruments
All the recent Daweson releases such as Abyss, Kult, Novum etc.

Yes. Definitely some good stuff this last year or so. Plenty of good stuff. Hard to keep up.

And 2024 is just getting cooking ...

I'm liking the new PM synth by Outersect/Tracktion.
Another Dawesome synth coming in February, ...

No time for toxicity.
