Not an option. The actual modules are all written in Java. Strip that out, and every single module needs to be re-developed from scratch in some fashion that works cross-platform. And that by 3rd party developers who will be disinclined to acquiesce. Java is the reason they were able to migrate to Apple Silicon without also having to recompile all the modules to Arm.when they started out, java probably seemed a good option for cross-platform work. but between oracle's lawsuits and various other shenanigans, it's not turned out that well. it's probably a lot of work to strip out the java code but it's likely to be the only option that has any long-term future.
and looking at its history of recent launches, cherry probably makes more from the non-modular synths than voltage, which isn't going to help.
