Yeah, I kinda get that, but it's just the way that it plays a completely different thing every time I push play, so it can't really be used 'as is' in an actual project.
Having Sloom as a vst means you can play its parameters in real time and record that or modulate the parameters with the DAW modulation
I got a similar function with Edison in FL, but most things in FL are bolted on like that, so it doesn't surprise me.
Actually, doesn't Paulstretch work like this also? I think it's why I also don't use that.
Maybe I'll have another look. I guess being a vst, I was just expecting something different.
