If they actually drop major update tomorrow it only will be out of beta in June - August. Kind of late birthday.

It's time for a new update... regardless of the birthday.

Based on previous point updates the next point update is in July - September.

How do you come to that conclusion? Timeline of announcement videos going back to 3.0.

3.0: Jan 2019
3.1: Nov 2019 (11 months)
3.2: Apr 2020 (5 months)
3.3: Oct 2020 (6 months)
4.0: May 2021 (7 months)
4.1: Nov 2021 (6 months)
4.2: Feb 2022 (3 months)
4.3: May 2022 (3 months)
4.4 / Spectral Suite: Oct 2022 (5 months)
5.0: Apr 2023 (6 months)
5.1: Oct 2023 (6 months)

July would be one of the longest periods without an update, including the anomalous Spectral Suite debacle. 5.1 was 5 months ago, this is around the time that an update would be expected especially given the anniversary occasion and the end date of the Arturia promotion.

Of course there's no guarantee of anything, but it would be weird to end a promotion around your anniversary then do nothing to commemorate the occasion as opposed to simply saving the Arturia promotion for the anniversary and running a sale for the easy marketing.
